You can reach out to me through comments or contact page. I am thinking of making videos but that is a different learning process as of now. 
regarding the step instruction, the chain 2 dc in 2 dc then 2 dc in dc means in next row, make chain 2 then one dc in next 2 DC stitches (dc in 2 dc) then DC 2 times in next DC stitch (2dc in dc). You have to increase the base evenly by 6 stitches.
